Senior Communication Coordinator

Rio de Janeiro/RJ - StatoilHydro is an integrated technology-based international energy company focused primarily on upstream oil and gas operations.

Reporting to the Regional Communication Manager your main responsibilities will be to:

• Develop and execute regional and in-country communication plans across the four disciplines according to StatoilHydro's business and corporate needs;
• Draft and execute an internal communication plan, media relations plan and brand/marketing communication plan;
• Ensure to offer the appropriate communication support;
• Serve as first point of contact for all business areas of StatoilHydro concerning communication matters.

The position requires a professional with experience in the area. Previous experience dealing with corporate communications, agency and brands management is necessary. Candidate must have strong communication skills, initiative, and personality, and must be a team player. Fluency in English is mandatory.
