Grants Coordinator

São Luis/MA - Plan International Brasil is a Non – Government Organization that works with social development with the focus on Children and adolescents in the Northeast Brazil, our headquarters is in Jaboatão dos Guararapes (PE), is selecting a professional for Grants Coordinator vacancy , the local basis for this work is São Luis City – Maranhão.

The key responsibilities:

• Mapping and developping relationship with private, public and international institutions with view to develop and to execute fundraising strategies with focus on internal networks of Plan International;
• To maintain updated the projects database, identifying opportunities to fundraise for programs with national and foreign foundations, as well as international entities and private corporations;
• To monitor the development and execution of projects financed by donations in agreement with the donors demands
• To monitor, to support, to qualify and to offer consultantship for Programs Units to production technical financiers reports and accountability to donors and International Funds

The hired professional will have a direct line with Building Relationships and Grants National Manager and it will be requested the following competences: Organization, establish interpersonal and inter-institutional relationship, reliability and credibility, working under pressure, teams work, planning, execution and deadlines attention . It is necessary proved experience in similar responsibilities or experience in government offices and NGOs

Education and Technical Requirements: Sociology, Marketing, Economy, Social Sciences, Knowledge in Microsoft Office packages : Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet, Drawings of projects and proposals for national and international organization, fluency in English.

Salary: R$3.373,00 per month + benefits
