Public Relations

São Paulo/SP - Large multinational company and one of world's market leaders in its segment. It is experiencing significant growth in the region.

Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Responsible for overseeing planning and execution of all events and accompanying material to promote and educate customers on company's offering;
  • Ensure proper using of the company branding policy;
  • Responsible for representing Internal Communications Management;
  • Handle crisis communication;
  • Carry messages to the consumers through the media;
  • Editorial and corporate brand perception through the media;
  • Issue communication reports;
  • National clippings;
  • Development and maintenance of the website content;
  • Manage external resources such as: production houses, press officers, photographers, videographers, translators, freelancers;
  • Manage production of all communication materials such as: editorials or productions;
  • Design the communication strategies;
  • Maximize synergy with Marketing, Events and Communication Areas;
  • Select and manage the PR Agency;
  • Work independently to develop content for articles, releases and other key media-related communications;
  • Coordinate social events;
  • Activate social networks to reach new audiences;
  • Provide strategic communication support to North America Leadership Team;
  • Manage speaker's bureau for PR and industry conference opportunities.

Perfil desejado
  • The ideal candidate must have a relevant communications qualification, broad corporate level experience in the management and development of internal and external communications and excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • The candidate should have a Bachelor´s degree in Journalism, Marketing or Business Administration.
  • Ability to lead, self-initiative and capability of handling multiple projects at the same time complete the profile.
  • Must speak English and Spanish fluently.
