Communication Analyst

São Paulo/SP - GE is currently looking for an Employee Communication Analyst.

Job Requirements:

• Work experience in HR-related communications
• Strong creative writing and editing
• Ability to effectively interact at all levels of the organization from senior level executives to all other employment segments, and effectively manage in a matrix organization
• Clear thinker with ability to translate business goals into employee communications
• Experience in Values; Employee Branding and/or Health programs is a plus
• Experience using internal digital and social media tools to create effective communications programs
• Ability to develop strong relationships with clients
• Must be able to multi-task and quickly adapt to changing priorities
• Should enjoy operating in a fast paced and ever changing environment

Academic Background

• Bachelor's degree Communications or a related field
• Fluent in English
• Illustrator or Photoshop skills

The position

• Work with HR to provide expert Employee Communications advice, guidance and consultancy support in order to ensure engagement with employees, and help to position GE as an employer of choice
• Influence HR leaders to adopt best employee communications practice and support them in the effective sharing of information to maximize awareness, understanding and commitment, as appropriate
• Develop and deploy creative and measurable HR communications plans and strategies, writing and editing employee communications, and creating PowerPoint presentations
• Identify and develop the most appropriate channels and vehicles for HR communications
• Coordinate and develop HR internal campaigns
• Establish operational rhythm, improving processes and creating partnership with HR
