Marketing and Customer Services Officer (MCS)

You will coordinate the British Council brand and its sub-brands across the directorate; you will ensure British Council global design standards are followed in the directorate and by suppliers; you will coordinate PR agency activities and monitor their work on a daily basis; you will develop and implement targeted integrated marketing campaigns and customer services initiatives; you will provide marketing advice and support and work closely with other departments and project leaders in Brazil. You have the ability to work in team and in a flexible manner; you have previous experience working in a marketing capacity and is able to build strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders; you have very good level of written and spoken English and Portuguese; you have knowledge and experience with marketing, communications, web and media work - a relevant marketing degree is also desirable; Project Management skills and experience of promotion of UK / Brazil education sector are a plus.

English and Portuguese will be tested for all posts.
